Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. What is AI literacy? Why does it matter to me?

AI literacy is more than knowing how to use tools. It’s about understanding how AI technology impacts education, work, and opportunities. Since AI is changing how we do things in everyday life, you need to know how to work with and around it safely. At Jordan Nuance LLC, we help Latinas, Afro-Latinas, Black girls and their mothers/guardians learn how to navigate AI with confidence.

Q2. How can prompt engineering help me or my daughter succeed?

Prompt engineering is the skill of asking the right questions to get useful answers from AI tools. It’s a powerful literacy for this generation. It can help you write essays, prep for interviews, explore career paths, or brainstorm solutions for projects. We show learners how to apply prompt engineering ethically and effectively, so they’re not left behind.

Q3. Where can I find culturally relevant coaching and role models in tech and education?

Too often, programs overlook the lived experiences of Latinas, Afro-Latinas and Black women and girls. Through Black-Liberation.Tech and Jordan Nuance LLC, we create spaces where students and mothers/guardians can see themselves reflected in role models, lessons, and resources. Representation matters, and our work ensures no one has to navigate their journey alone.

Q4. How can Jordan Nuance LLC help us find and prepare for opportunities like scholarships, internships, or graduate school?

We specialize in bridging the gap between academic achievement and real opportunities. From guidance on applications to building digital portfolios and leveraging AI tools, we help women and girls turn accomplishments into access — ensuring that your are competitive applicants for scholarships, internships, graduate programs, employment and other opportunities.
