Ready-to-Use AI Literacy & Career Exploration Experiences
Introduce AI to the girls and women you already serve without developing a new learning experience from scratch.
Jordan Nuance LLC brings established AI literacy, prompt engineering, and career exploration experiences from the Jordan Nuance LLC and Black-Liberation.Tech learning ecosystem into classrooms, programs, summer initiatives, and special events.
Participants engage with AI through structured, culturally relevant activities designed to build curiosity, confidence, critical thinking, and agency—not simply teach them how to use another technology tool.

What We Can Explore
Learning Labs draw from existing curriculum and may focus on areas such as:
- AI Literacy – Understanding what AI can and cannot do and learning to use it as a thinking partner rather than an answer machine.
- Prompt Engineering – Building stronger prompts using context, existing knowledge, purpose, and intentional action.
- Career Exploration – Using AI to investigate interdisciplinary academic and career possibilities connected to participants' interests, strengths, communities, and goals.
- AI + Academic Success – Exploring responsible ways AI can support learning, reflection, research, organization, and academic growth.
- AI Ethics & Critical Thinking – Examining privacy, bias, verification, authorship, representation, and human judgment when working with AI.
How the Learning Lab Works
Start With ReflectionParticipants complete a pre-assessment before the experience. Their responses give them a personal starting point for thinking about their interests, goals, existing AI knowledge, and learning needs. |
Learn TogetherDr. Renée Jordan facilitates an established learning experience selected to fit the organization's audience, purpose, and available time. Available formats may include a single session or selected multi-session experiences. |
Continue the LearningExisting Jordan Nuance LLC or Black-Liberation.Tech resources serve as the asynchronous learning component. Materials may be reformatted to fit the focus and time limitations of the engagement, but the Learning Lab does not include development of new curriculum. Participants can continue exploring and applying what they learned after the facilitated experience. |
Reflect on GrowthWhen appropriate, a post-assessment helps participants reflect on what changed in their knowledge, confidence, questions, or intended use of AI. |
Existing Learning Experiences
Available Learning Labs draw from established Jordan Nuance LLC and Black-Liberation.Tech experiences. Dr. Jordan works with organizations to select an experience appropriate for their audience, goals, and available time.
AI for Academic SuccessExplore responsible ways to use AI to support learning, strengthen questions, clarify concepts, organize thinking, and develop academic confidence without replacing the learner's own work. Experiences can be adjusted developmentally for learners from high school through undergraduate and graduate study. |
Exploring Personal Narratives & Building BridgesConnect lived experiences, knowledge, strengths, and aspirations to emerging academic and professional possibilities. Participants can use AI as a thinking partner to identify transferable skills, articulate their professional stories, and explore opportunities without allowing AI to define their identities or ambitions. |
Building Projects to Put Knowledge to UseMove from learning about AI to creating something purposeful with it. Participants use AI-supported reflection, research, planning, and iteration to develop projects connected to their academic disciplines, professional responsibilities, communities, or career goals. |
Embracing Growth on Your Terms & Staying UpdatedDevelop an intentional approach to professional growth in a rapidly changing AI landscape. Participants consider which emerging tools, skills, and developments matter to their goals and begin building a sustainable plan for continued learning without feeling pressure to chase every new technology. Additional established Black-Liberation.Tech lessons may be adapted into Learning Lab formats based on the goals and audience of the engagement. |
Who Are AI Learning Labs For?
Schools, Colleges & Universities
Introduce students to AI literacy, prompting, academic applications, or career exploration through an established educational experience.
Youth & Community Programs
Add an AI-focused experience to summer programming, enrichment activities, college and career readiness initiatives, or special events.
Educators & Program Leaders
Bring a facilitated experience to the people you already serve without taking on the instructional-design lift of building an AI curriculum yourself.
The Jordan Nuance LLC Approach
Culturally Relevant
Learning experiences intentionally recognize the identities, knowledge, interests, and communities participants bring with them.
Learning Before Tools
The goal is not simply to teach participants where to click. AI becomes a resource for questioning, reflection, exploration, and creation.
Human Judgment Stays Central
Participants learn to question outputs, verify information, protect privacy, recognize potential bias, and remain responsible for their decisions.
Built for Continued Use
The facilitated session introduces the experience. Existing asynchronous resources help the learning continue after Dr. Jordan leaves.
Powered by the Black-Liberation.Tech Learning Ecosystem
Black-Liberation.Tech is the free-mium educational layer of the Jordan Nuance LLC ecosystem, providing culturally grounded resources in AI literacy, prompt engineering, digital learning, academic growth, and career exploration.
Learning Labs allow organizations to bring selected experiences from that ecosystem into the programs and communities they already lead—with Dr. Jordan facilitating the learning experience.

What This Engagement Does—and Doesn't—Include
AI Learning Labs are designed for organizations that can benefit from an existing learning experience.
Your organization's audience, focus, and available time help determine which established experience is appropriate. Existing materials may be reformatted for delivery, and participants can personalize their learning through reflection and assessment.
New curriculum development, cohort-specific instructional customization, and organizational research and development are not included at this level.
Organizations requiring those services may be better served through Jordan Nuance LLC's customized professional development or research and development engagements.
